All jewellery displayed on our website is handcrafted. Minor variations in color, size or finishing may occur due to handmade production and photography lighting. These variations are natural and not considered defects.

2. Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹).
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Special offers are available only during the offer period.
• Taxes and shipping charges may apply where applicable.

3. Orders

• Orders are confirmed only after verification.
• We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious or fraudulent order.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on product availability and courier partner service. Delays caused by natural disasters, public holidays or courier issues are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Return requests should be reported immediately after delivery.
• Customized products are generally non-returnable.
• Products damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for replacement.

6. Custom Jewellery Orders

Custom-made jewellery is created according to the customer's selected colors and design preferences. Such products cannot be cancelled after production begins.
